Reservations

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within 7 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 7 day period.
  • Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.

  • 15:00 until 23:00 

Check Out

  • Until 11:00

Children

  • We can on request provide baby cots

Payment Policies

  • The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
  • We accept Cash, Credit and Debit card.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests received 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received for non refundable or early bookings reservations will received no refund.
  • Cancellation requests received between 20 and 14 days from your expected arrival date will receive a 50% refund less any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 14 days will receive no refund.
  • 'Non-shows' will not receive a refund.

Given the new global situation, our D Hotels company has formed new price categories and new cancellation policy.

 

  •  ADVANCE PURCHASE

By making your reservation

 ·         By the time you make your reservation we will charge you 30% of the total amount of your reservation.

·         Rest of the amount will be fully reimbursed at the time of the check in.

 

Cancelling your Reservation

 ·         There is free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival.

·         The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation later than 14 days before the arrival.

·         The total amount of the reservation will be charged for cancellations 48 hours before the arrival or No-shows.

 

Modifying your reservation

 ·        Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

By making your reservation

  • By making your reservation you will be non- refundable charged the first night of your reservation.
  • Rest of the amount will be fully reimbursed at the time of the check in.

We would like to highlight that:

In case of forced termination of the tourist season for 2020, by the Greek government, in reservations that have been paid in advance, a coupon will be given that can be used in the next tourist season.

 

Early departures

  • At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge full payment  for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.

Cleaning

  • Your room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
  • We will provide clean linen every second day and bath towels daily .
  • We clean the apartments and studios upon request.
  • Turn down survice uppon request
  • Towel changes upon request.
  • Cleaning procedure has been designed based on the new Health Protocol including completed disinfection of rooms, bathrooms and high touch points. 
  • According to the new restrictions of Ministry of Health, for reducing the spread of Covid-19, the frequency of room cleaning will be under your request upon your arrival.
  • We clean common areas daily.

General Policies
All the dhotels member are welcome to use the facilities in Tripiti beach (Blue Dream Palace) accordingly the rules and regulations of the resort.

  • We can accommodate pets (max 4 kg).
  • We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
  • The sunbeds and the special design beds on the beach and pool are currently with extra charges and includes different special offers.
  • The pools are include in the special offer only if you present the voucher of our outlets.
  • The minigolf, table tennis & different electronic games are open to use with additional cost.
  • The Spa facilities are currently with additional cost.
  • The sunbeds and the special design beds from the time that are not attended by any guest for several time we have the right to collect all the items according to the lost and found policy.

Services not available: groom, indoor pool, sports (except the individual),  kids clubs.
